To characterize the seasonality of the increase of total annual precipitation, total precipitation in late summer or early fall has significantly increased at the rate of more than 20mm/decade, while total precipitation in winter has decreased.

Precipitation increase in July occupies 81.7% of annual precipitation increase, and 91.8% of summer precipitation. Therefore, precipitation increase in recent 10 years is due to precipitation increase in July.
